Me too. I'm really not even close to over it.

Red needs to order a new SS. A Barton SS is a thug & an embarrassment.

If anything I hope the lads recover faster than the fans do. Or Wenger, for that matter. I've never heard the team go "wow AW had nothing to say.."
Looks like Djourou on twitter is feeling better, took a nasty knock during the Newcastle game. I hope he recovers in time for Barca. seriously, though, i haven't been this distraught since ramsey went down. |
The only thing I saw him post said something like, "Thanks for the concern, see the Arsenal website for details."
|
Nothing concrete, just a lot of speculation that his season is done?

I like this report better.

I guess we'll wait & see. I definitely like that report better.
The "out for season" reports seem to be typical English press manufacturing stories without any detail. |

But it's a sign of a good footballer that he WANTS to play, he WANTS to be out there contributing. Arsene just hasn't seen the opportunities to play him, not with our current front line firing on all cylinders. But God knows we really do need him, as Chamakh has lost all form since RvP's return. NB52's the best striker we have after RvP, hands down. Double digit goals off the bench? That's rare to find. He's got a real quality about him (goal against Ipswich was ridiculously good). If he can ever channel THAT form consistently, he would be starting along side Robin van Persie, not waiting for those Dutch chocolate legs to fall off before getting his chance. I don't think he's itching to leave Arsenal, he's just really, really, wanting to play. I hope we don't lose him, regardless of his sometimes maddening whiffs through on goal. |
