SD bested the no-defense Chiefs (Chefs) yesterday, so I don't know.

I'm going with SD. Rivers has been doing well and they've been playing solidly.

That game was a rollercoaster of emotions for me last night, but I'm hlad the Patriots came out with a win. I just hope the Broncos lose at least one more time so we can grab the #1 seed.

Brady can't seem to lose to Peyton, and he can't seem to beat Eli. :rofl2:

Peyton is still a better QB, IMO. Denver's defense and special teams failed them last night. They went to sleep in the second half, thinking a 3.5 point lead was enough.

Denver lost because they stepped off the gas and called garbage plays.

There is no "playing it safe" against Brady.

You always lose when you build up a lead, put everything in neutral and try to coast to a win.

It works against certain teams, especially if you have the right personnel.

Honestly, if Denver hadn't lost their entire secondary, the TB comeback wouldn't have been quite so effective, and by then it was too late to get back on the gas.

These late season games are nice, because they remind people of two things:
1: Denver isn't as good as people think
2:Fox is a terrible coach because he has no understanding of creating depth, not because he can't coach a team to a few wins

Yeah Denver should not have let off the gas, but the turnovers definitely helped the Patriots comeback. As long as Brady is playing, the Patriots are never out of it, no matter how many points they are down by.

the fluke on the OT turnover was a rarity if not for that who is to say that denver would not have spoiled NE comeback?

Going in I knew it would be a good game though, definitely one to watch this week. It was a good game though very entertaining especially considering I am not really a fan of either team just watching as a fan of the game :tup: kept me watching right to the end
