Yeah I think that's the issue. This isn't a terrible game but nothing will ever live up to last weekend.

I mean I don't mind Ray Lewis as a pro athlete. He's one of the best linebackers who has ever played the game BUT I do take issue with his over the top "OH LORDY PRAISE JESUS" stuff when he has a reputation around town for being a gigantic ******* and at the very least, witnessed a murder and covered it up.

Oh and before you say "THAT WASN'T PROVEN" actually, it was. He gave his testimony in exchange for immunity to prosecution. It was his stabby buddies who weren't indicted. He watched two dudes get stabbed to death (that's assuming he wasn't doing the stabbing), said something like "this won't be the end of my career" and disposed of the bloodstained white suit he was wearing.
