Sorry cow....it was a good game. LSU just made more errors and mistakes than my Hogs. You still get a good bowl in either the Capital One or Cotton Bowl. Personally, I'd pick Cotton even though COB is technically more prestigous. But the stadium is a dump and Cowboys stadium is brand new and a palace.

Arkansas played really well. Really the game came down to that last play of the first half. Had Hatched not collided with Claiborne, who knows what would have happened. But alas, that's life. Congrats to you guys-- I hope you get to the Sugar. I love NO (grew up in the area).

Lots of upsets today. We have the "civil war" against Oregon State next week. That game is always close. We win we go to the NC. We lose we go to the Rose Bowl. Not bad!

They'll do OK, but there won't be any repeat. It's too hard. Even in the toughest and best conference (SEC), even our teams can't pull it off. We've won it 5 years in a row, no team has been able to repeat.

It was definitely an asswhooping for at least the first 30 minutes. After that, it was 29 minutes of Hogs and then the typical Mallet under pressure in a key crucial point and throws an INT.

LSU's QB, Jordan Jefferson, was involved in some tiff in a bar recently. I've been dumb busy with stuff (buying a house), so I haven't gotten to read more details. Jefferson is only 20, but the age to get into bars in Baton Rouge is 18, so his being there isn't necessarily incriminating.

Anyway, whatever happens could very much affect the team's season.

Yeah I was reading about it last night. Apparently there was quite the the brawl with 4 guys going to the hospital and one guy being kicked in the head by one of the players. I would assume that like any big college program this will be swept under the rug and nothing will come of it. Go Dux! :tiphat:
