This is a private event and will only allow registration to a certain number of cars. We have 3 group runs which includes beginner, intermediate, and advance. Track Day will cost $150, that includes your track day with food and drinks. You will be getting 5-6 sessions of 20 min runs. Which is plenty of track time.

For those of you that havent been on the track, here is a good time to start. We will have a couple instructors here to help you improve throughout the day.

We are all here to have fun, THIS IS A TRACK DAY NOT A RACE.

This event was organized to ENCOURAGE UNITY between track drivers and touge/street drivers. Please be respectful of all drivers of all skill levels. We ask that the advance/more experienced drivers share their knowledge with the beginners to help better their driving skills during this event.

Please be at the track early.Gates open at 6AM

1. between 6:45 and 7:00 am. Drivers Meeting. Begginers will have Phil Nguyen holding the drivers meeting.

2. between 6:45 and 7:00 am. Intermediate and Pro/Advance drivers you will have Revo Taccad for a brief drivers meeting.

3. between 6:45 and 7:00 am at the same time were having the drivers meeting Tech inspection will be done by the assigned tech's. PLEASE ALL CARS PARK ON THE PARKING SLOTS BACKWARDS. so the tech's can see you registration forms tucked under the wiper blades on the front windshield so they know which cars to tech.

4. 8:00 am track will be open for first session. WE WILL HAVE THE INTERMEDIATE GO FIRST FOLLOWED BY THE ADVANCED/PRO GUYS. WHY? BECAUSE YOU GUYS HAVE MORE EXPERIENCE AND YOUR CARS SHOULD BE READY BY THIS TIME....THEN THE BEGGINNERS GO LAST THIS WAY PHIL NGUYEN CAN HAVE MORE TIME BRIEFING THE BEGGINERS DURING THE DRIVERS MEETING. AND ALSO GIVES THE BEGGINNERS MORE TIME TO GET THEIR CARS READY.

5.Intermediate and Advance/Pro guys YOU HAVE OPEN PASSING/ PLEASE ALWAYS FEEL THE DRIVER INFRONT OF YOU FIRST BEFORE SAFELY PASSING THEM COZ THEY MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO KNOW THAT YOU ARE BEHIND AND TRYING TO PASS..IF THERE IS A FASTER CAR BEHIND YOU PLEASE LET THEM PASS. EVERYONE PLEASE KEEP AN EYE OUT ON YOUR SURROUNDINGS AT ALL TIME AND WATCH IF THERES A FASTER CAR TRYING TO PASS YOU. THIS IS NOT A RACE BE COURTEOUS AND LETS ALL HAVE FUN.

6. We will be instructing and watching the begginers most of the day...so Please Intermidiate and Pro/Advance guys keep track of your session time. be there to line up already when the previous group is almost done.

7. Some if not most of the Begginners are experienced drivers on the touge/canyons of socal so they are allowed to Bump Up to Intermediate if they are comfortable on the track and/or have faster times or same times as the Intermediates

8. Begginners will have POINT PASSING ONLY! THIS MEANS IF AND WHEN THE CAR INFRONT OF YOU WAVES OR POINTS YOU TO PASS THEM ON THE LEFT/OUTSIDE THATS THE ONLY TIME YOU CAN PASS....PASSING IS ONLY ALLOWED ON THE LEFT/OUTSIDE LINE FOR BEGGINNERS. DRIVERS PLS BE COURTEOUS AND LET SOMEONE PASS IF THEY ARE FASTER THAN YOU. ON THE STRAIGHTAWAY IF YOU ARE LETTING SOMEONE PASS PLEASE STAY ON THE RIGHT SIDE/INSIDE LINE SO THE OTHER CAR CAN PASS SAFELY ON THE OUTSIDE/LEFT LINE.

9. PRO/ADVANCE DRIVERS....THERE WILL BE PRO SPONSORED CARS/TEAMS THAT ARE TESTING AND TUNING THEIR RACE CARS...SO PLS ALWAYS BE SAFE AROUND EACH OTHER ON THE TRACK. WE DONT WANT YOUR EXPENSIVE PURPOSE BUILT CARS TO BE DAMAGED.

10. WE WANT THIS TO BE A HOMIE/FAMILY ATMOSPHERE..... THERES IS NO ROOM FOR DRAMA/ATTITUDE AND REP SEEKERS HERE..

11. We will have a film crew documenting the whole day off and on track. THERE WILL BE FILM CREW INSIDE THE RACE TRACK BY THE CORNERS IN A SAFE DISTANCE FROM THE CARS. BUT STILL PLEASE EVERYONE KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR THEM. they are there to get you on video. THERE WILL BE 2 TO 3 CARS ASSIGNED ON THE TRACK ITSELF DRIVING WITH YOU GUYS SIDE BY SIDE BUT THEY WILL BE ON THE OUSIDE LINE TO CATCH EVERYONE IN ACTION ON THE TRACK WHICH THE CORNER CAMERAS MIGHT NOT CATCH. WE WILL LET YOU KNOW WHICH CARS ARE ASSIGNED SO IF YOU SEE THEM TRYING TO GET CLOSE TO YOU AND YOU ARE FASTER PLEASE SLOW DOWN A BIT SO THEY CAN GET YOU ON VIDEO...WE WILL POST OR GIVE YOU COPIES OF THE COMPLETED VIDEO WHEN JEREL AND RYAN NATIVIDAD OF K.R.O.P.S. IS DONE EDITING THE VIDEO. A FEW DAYS AFTER THE EVENT.

12. EVERYONE HAS TO SIGN IN WITH REVO TACCAD OR ASSIGNED TECHS ON OUR TENT/TABLE BY THE HOT PIT/TRACK ENTRANCE AS SOON AS YOU GET THERE OR AS SOON AS OUR TABLE/TENT IS SET UP... YOU WILL BE GIVEN YOUR WRIST BANDS FOR THE CLASS YOU REGISTERED UNDER AND REGISTRATION FORM THAT YOU WILL USE FOR TECH INSPECTION AND ALSO USED TO SHOW OUR CHEF CHRIS JOCSON TO REDEEM YOUR FOOD/LUNCH AND DRINKS.

IF YOU GUYS WANT TO BE GROUPED WITH YOUR FRIENDS/TEAM MATES ON THE TRACK THEN BY ALL MEANS LINE UP TOGETHER (IF IN THE SAME CLASS)........ LETS ALL HAVE FUN GUYS! THANK YOU!!
