First, of course you can pop off rounds with your pecker. I think we would all enjoy the show.

Second, you can shoot my glock (and M&P if I have it by then). Or you can rent one like these guys.

ive shot a glock before but i want to compare it with the xd on feel

I've been taught the cup/saucer grip but from watching top shot, i guess that's not the right way to hold it anymore

Sure thing. I saw that on top shot as well :bowrofl:

The cup/saucer supposedly doesn't have the same control.

As for the kick, :shrug: it's a little more, as you would expect. Some weapons have better/worse recoil than others.

They say the better control means better accuracy.

I've had 2 gun instructors tell me the cup/saucer is junk, and one instructor tell me it doesn't matter, and to do what you're comfortable with.
