nope. vacation house. bought it at auction for a stupid cheap price. Rent it out year around and go when its not vacant.

It's crazy how things are in vegas right now...I got this real estate client and he says condos there are going for as low as 60K

Thanks guys, I now have some facebook stalking material!* I am interested in the Vegas trip, 100 bucks is a steal. Would we all high tail it to Vegas in our own cars I assume?
