Through the tough economic times STILLEN pushed ahead with new products, new race programs and took the STILLEN prepared Nissan R35 GT-R to a first place finish in the Targa Newfoundland Rally. All the while continuing growth saw the expansion of our manufacturing facility and more development out of R&D. Development of that race program prevented us from being able to hold our annual Open House Customer Appreciation Day, but we are very excited to announce that 2010 will see the return of the highly anticipated event. We would like to invite you to come down and celebrate our 25th year in business! The STILLEN Open House event is arguably the largest gathering of Nissan/Infiniti owners in the world. Showcasing some of the most highly modified vehicles you can imagine from all over the United States. This day-long event is here at the STILLEN facility, and in 2008 we had to block off more of the street than usual and this year we are hoping to go even further! This show brings thousands of cars and is a great place to see all kinds of modified vehicles from mild to wild! Come down, bring your Nissan or Infiniti (or just yourself) and join us as we celebrate 25 years of STILLEN and Nissan/Infiniti performance! One month before the big show and we have a few exciting updates!!!
For the past couple of months the team here at STILLEN have been working on putting together quite a few exciting programs for the 25th year celebration!!! This is just a short list of some of the exciting news we have to share: #1) The world famous #75 Nissan 300ZX twin turbo car will be racing around Fontana! Steve Millen will be taking the car back out to Fontana Speedway to give it a good blast and put on a show! #2) We have commitments from a lot of great vendor’s who will be participating in our Vendor Row. Come on down and meet with representatives from some of the leading manufacturer’s and learn as much as you can from these experts! Also, we will be raffling off items that have been generously donated by all of our vendor's!!! #3) We always try to invite some of the Executive's from NISSAN to come down and check out the event and answer a few question's or introduce a new vehicle. This year we plan on expanding that format to a stage where Steve Millen will be interviewing celebrities and NISSAN executive's, including some of the marketing and testing staff from NISSAN. Come down early and secure your place in line for the great discounts, free installations, and discounted dyno runs!!! This is only the beginning of a few of the surprises. Come on down and check it out. The event goes from 9a.m. to 1 p.m. and will be HUGE!!! |

Hey Guys!
We only have a week and half before the big show! It's going to be AWESOME! We have a few celebrities lined up for the show who will be coming down to discuss their passion for high performance cars. Also, we will be interviewing some of the heads of Nissan North America marketing and testing/development. It's going to be great! Unfortunately we do have some bad news...Due to some scheduling conflicts NISSAN has had to postpone the Friday event to June. So, this will remain as a one day (Saturday May 8th) event. We are very excited about this and we hope to see all 370Z's in So. Cal here! |

As we mentioned we have some really exciting vendors coming. Here is the list of the vendor’s that will be in attendance, all vendor’s have been asked to bring down raffle prizes so we have a great list of give aways! ACT high performance clutches Adam’s Polishes car detailing products Cosworth Eibach Goodridge Greddy Injen K&N/AEM Seibon carbon fiber T-Rex grills Tein suspension Vortech superchargers Yokohama Tires Also, we have called our friends at some of the magazine’s and quite a few magazine’s will be sending down editor’s. These editor’s will not only be writing stories about the event, but they will also be looking for future feature vehicles and shooting pictures of the event! Also, we are planning on having an interview session with one of the magazine editor’s to see what they look for in a feature car and how people can get their cars featured in the magazine’s. So come on down and get your car seen! If any of you guys have been to our shop and gone on a tour then you have seen the Steve Millen #75 IMSA Nissan 300ZX twin turbo Le Mans winning race car. This is the car that Steve Millen (president and CEO of STILLEN) took to victories at the 24 hours of Le Mans, 24 hours of Daytona, 12 hours of Sebring, and many many victories including two world championships in the IMSA sports car series. This car is capable of making over 1,100 horsepower in its Le Mans trim!
This week, for the first time EVER! We put it up on our chassis dyno to see what it would do! Come on down as we do it again! We will be putting the 75 car on the dyno at some point in the show and firing it up!!! http://i252.photobucket.com/albums/h...5/IMG_0014.jpg |
Kyle, after looking at that pic of #75 with the front end off I can see where your obsession with ducting comes from lol.
Just wanted to let others know some of the 350/370 guys are going to near by Cars & Coffee in Irvine at the Ford building before the Stillen event. If you are an early riser it's recommended to get there before 7 if you want to park with other Z's in the "display area", otherwise there is a huge lot accross the street. It goes for a few hours and you can leave whenever you like from either lot. You never know what you'll see there. |

SES light came on at start up and while in idle car started to bog and rpm droped to about 500 thats when the ligt came on drove around for a while and it seems like in idle rpm flactuates between 1k-800 i will try to reset SES by disconnecting the batt if it comes back on i might have to bring it to the delaer 2morrow :( |
