I booked as I checked out this year. Going a day earlier also.

From where your are, I'd be convinced to fly out. 2100+ miles one way…sheesh.

Considering my Z only has 2600 miles on it, yikes.

You could fly into CLT and then drive the 200 or so miles to Fontana...probably cheaper than flying into Asheville which only saves you about 100 miles.

That place is like 40 mins from a lot of us in Central Fl. I have been on loads of cruises and that price seems very steep for just 3 days. I bet just checking orbitz you could get it cheaper. If so, we might be interested in joining. I was just shocked at prices starting at! Weve done loads of 4 days for just weekend get aways and pay about 200 or so for ocean view. Let me know if there is any updates.

It does seem pricy to me too, but as an airline pilot, I get special interline rates and its much cheaper. I just don't know how to add in the Zdayz part, but I'm thinking its only the dinner seating that would be affected. Just book the cheapest you can find on that particular cruise and wear a zdayz tshirt! I can do a suite for less than 900 on this one (2 people). probably will actually.

I really want to do ZdayZ this year.... I'll have the time off, just not sure if I'm keeping the Z :/

I signed up Tuesday. So sad it still a long ways off.

keep it, go enjoy the few days. then in june sell it:) Get to experience the fun and if your set on selling still, its no biggie. At least you got to see what its like. :tup:

As of right now, 640 people are registered for ZdayZ this year :woot:

There are some BIG things on the way for ZdayZ this year. Unfortunately I (still) can't let the cat out of the bag but trust me when I say you do not want to miss this one. Among the things I can say is that Nissan pro shoe and World Challenge GTS driver Brian Kleeman will be there again this year but this time he's bringing his race car! He also has several items for raffle/door prizes including two passes to any World Challenge/Indycar race that he attends as well as a signed, customized helmet that matches the new livery his race car will be debuting at ZdayZ publicly. That's just the tip (phrasing?) of the iceberg of what's coming and what you will see at Fontana Village.

GET PUMPED PEOPLE! This year is going to be awesome! Nissan and Nismo are going to be there in full force and we aim to make this the best ZdayZ yet. This event is getting global recognition and the time, dedication, and persistence by the ZdayZ staff and volunteers to grow the Z community around this event is paying dividends! :tup:

no i havent heard about anything other than the reason im going up. but my guess would be that it might involve roman numerals? If not thats a missed opportunity as thats a target demographic for it

I'll call you after work today, and no, the IDx cars are in Europe from the last I heard. What Nissan is bringing is "something no one has seen before" as Graham keeps saying on Facebook. I know what it is and I can't be more excited :stirthepot:
