I went to the first one they had and it was huge, at least 1000 cars. So far they already have 1800+ people going on their Facebook page.

Meeting up at 711 at corner of Orange Av/Princeton at 7:30am. That way we can roll in together.

Thousands of import cars in one place... what could go wrong??!! Im in.

I'm so down! My birthday is 4/20 so I can celebrate then! I'm probably getting a room at the Embassy Suites on Pine saturday night if anyone else is gonna be there early. I love downtown.

So who else is going? If a few of us are in lets try to carve out a Z haven somewhere amongst the peasants.

that would be nice, but if it's anything like last year, it might be every man for themselves for parking spots. Unless you want to get there like 7am.....which is what i'm going to try and do.

Unless somethings going down that weekend, I might show up for a few hours but not all day.

unless those few hours are very early, then plan to park far away.

What kind of mystery "meat" are they going to have? Elk? Buffalo? Camel? Muff? Hahaha

I'm down for that! I have only lived in Florida for a bit over a year and am unfamiliar with the city so if you know it better pick a spot and I'll be there.

Ok, i'm thinking of meeting at the 711 corner of Princeton and Orange Av. That way we can shoot straight down Orange into downtown. And yes, around 7am....711 has caffine!!

take I-4 to princeton, turn left, its a block up on your left. Its one of those weird looking 7 elevens with the walls around the whole lot.

See you all there :) a group of us are meeting off turnpike and 57th ave around 2pm sat to drive up.

Thats not very close to 201 S. Orange Ave., Orlando, Florida 32801 where their facebook says it is generally located.

we're meeting at 711 so that we can roll in together. And it isn't just at one address on Orange Av.....last year it was basically everywhere downtown.

gonna change the meetup time to 7:30am instead of 7. So, 7:30am at 711.

Lol I'm glad I saw this, sitting alone for a half hour would have sucked. Especially at 7am.

Main area of Downtown parking of all the parking we have acquired.

There is FREE Meter parking (this doesn’t mean park sideways into the road at a meter, or block sidewalks – park in an actual space) > all the way from Colonial to Washington on Orange Ave. – There is free meters all the way around Lake Eola. There are free meters everywhere – you just have to find them – they are Free on Sundays. Be smart. Keep your car safe. There will be people EVERYWHERE.

>> Last year the meet spanned from Garland to the end of Summerlin (google that if you need to see how wide that is)

How to avoid having your car towed;
- Don’t park in lots that say “Do not park here.”
- Listen to people/staff when they say “This is not a lot you are allowed to park in”
- Do not park ON sidewalks.
- Do not argue with police. They will can and probably will beat you; I will not save you.

Things you should know/do/don’t do;
- Please do not show up at 7:30am while the vendors are trying to park and unload – you will be in one big cluster ****..
- EXTRA Overflow parking is at the OLD Amway Arena Parking lot.
- The Skate area is on Pine Street.
- If a car is coming – don’t walk in front of it.
- Look both ways before crossing the street.
- Don’t do burn outs. It’s not cool, It was never cool, and it will never cool.
- A lot of clubs & bars are open; They will also be handing out free Drink cards and such; If you drink have a designated driver.
- This event is for all ages.
- Make your girlfriend/s wear yoga pants.
- Grindtime Battles will be at Urban Flats
- Dunkxchange will be under i-4 Nearest to Church street.
- Buy stuff.
- You can bring Pets, If you bring a Lion or a Giraffe; I will give you free stickers.

Nice, so what's our plan for where to park? And I'm PRAYING there's no rain.

I was there last year and it was chaos...so here's how i see it:

Plan A: go for one of the parking areas under I4 since the main stage is there and most of the vendors

Plan B: Park along Orange av

Plan C: Parking garage

Even at 8am when we get there, there's going to be a Sh*t load of cars already.

sadly i just found out i won't be able to bring the Z to this because they are still in process of installing my parts. But, i will still be going...so i'll meet you guys at 711 Z-less. :shakes head:

Does anyone know a good hand wash place round here? Ive got a busy as hell weekend ahead of me and I'm not sure ill have time to wash her myself today...

Good question. If anyone chimes in, I just might look into the service myself. I have been in search of a quality detailer for a while. I just cringe at the thought of someone washing my hood in large, swooping circles. :shakes head:

You could always take it to that bikini car wash at University/436 :tup:

lol pay someone on here to drive over and do it:) Mine will be washed later tonight, gonna do a bit more lawn work first, the outside lawn is really starting to come around and I wana make it shine like my car does!
