Also, I think stripes are too loud for me.

You could just do the two fender stripes. Ba Mustang did that just recently on his old school Mustang and they turned out great:

I see that stang at Kroger all the time

Really cool owner. You should talk to him if you get a chance. :)

Red__Zed 02-02-2012 01:51 PM

Never seen him around it. Always parked next to it since it is a pretty neat ride

Send him a message on HCS. :) He's on there pretty regularly.

Actually saw the other blue 370z yesterday on my way to work.

I just need to go ahead and buy lowering springs and spacers... For some reason I keep holding out. I guess I keep hoping a good deal will pop up, or maybe some being sold on here.

Red__Zed 03-06-2012 07:55 AM

Nice. I've seen two white ones, and another pg around recently....

Just buy the parts new. The small discount you get from a used set isn't worth it IMO. I'd much rather have new springs than save $30, and no way I'm getting used spacers unless I buy new studs.

Parkerman 03-06-2012 12:51 PM

Yea, I suppose you're right. What brand spacers did you run on yours and what size were they?

I plan to do the 20 in the back and 15 in the front.

I didn't run spacers.

20/15 is a good setup. Make sure to get the stud-replacement type for the front.

For some reason I thought you did before you got your wheels... *shrugs*

Nope. I had mega-sunk wheels

Case in point

Parkerman 03-06-2012 01:32 PM

Haha, Yea.

I've still got the wonderful rattle in the door... I've wondered how much it would be for the dealer to look/fix it [I hate dealers too]

Red__Zed 03-06-2012 01:36 PM

Never hurts to ask. They could never accomplish anything with mine though.

I would be more willing if I was still under warranty. I don't want a rattle to end up costing me $1,000... lol.

I've been just cracking my window.. the wind is enough to overpower it.. sometimes. And it also seems like the movement of the window down subdues it some.
