Im about 20 mins from Windermere, were less than 5 mins from the turnpike in Kissimmee. Hope your rollin deep, windermere's a pricey hood with crazy models who swing golf clubs at their husbands!

LOL

I think I'm about 1 mile away from Tiger Wood's house.

The Jaguar and Z will fit in just fine in the area. I'm starting clean down there, built something ground up in a gated community - massive garage, 2200sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2.5 baths. But I'm looking for a second property in Windermere or Lake Mary to scoop up in a few years as well.

I really dig Windermere, so I may end up staying there with my next purchase. In general, I just love Central Florida. Even if some parts of Kissimmee are hoooood, and parts of central Orlando are awful too (Pine Hills, Paramore...yeouch) but I've learned it's like that everywhere you live. New York is probably worse.

Few good deals in my neighborhood. We back up to East Lake Toho, gated neighborhood on a golf course. Im prob a few years younger than you but ive mentioned to my wife I was thinking we should pick up one of those smaller homes in the low 200ks and make it a rental and use it as a future family home etc. Yah BVL around the way is kinda crazy and towards downtown kiss is blah but where we live is great and fancy. I hear ya, we moved from North Florida and the weather is always 10 or 15 degrees warmer!!! mmm Only thing you gotta watch out for in my home is the flying golf balls that keep hitting the house lolz. :bowrofl:

Massive garage! Good man, I'm hoping that my next purchase I can do a 3 car garage or a huge shed in the back with a lift

Huck: Yeah man, it's a 2 car garage, but really tall so a lift would be easy to install.

Hey,

I'm in Lake Mary and the new owner of a 370Z. Is there a mailing list for events?
It would also be nice to have a knowledgeable mechanic to refer to instead of the stealership for those out of warranty repairs. Can you guys recommend someone that everyone uses?

I still have till I think May of 2014 for my drive train warranty but of course the other warranty is gone. I also have 60 days from the Honda stealership I bought it from, but I'm not sure if they would cover a CSC failure (I haven't had one but it's always looming in my mind) but in the stealership warranty the don't say they won't :). So far I've narrowly avoided the Lockout by snipping the wire the day the key/battery sign illuminated - whew. Thanks to this excellent forum.

Oh yah, welcome to the group man. I work out of Deland and Orange City and my corporate office is in Lake Mary and Maitland so I'm around a little bit.

Anybody around Millenia yesterday around 4:30PM? I was test driving an Infiniti QX56 and saw a modded 370Z entering from Millenia Blvd toward Macy's?

No worries, keeping the 370Z. The test drive was just to see why everyone and their mother has a QX in my area now.

Huck 03-10-2013 07:20 AM

Was it a PW? If so it was probably me, I was over there yesterday. Went to the comic book store to get our Megacon tickets, and then went to city walk to see the new Oz movie and grab some dinner
