What kind of work are you guys looking to get done? There are a few of us with garages who do simple stuff for cheap/beer.

Looking to swap exhausts with AlphaSnacks. I wouldnt mind coming down on a saturday and swapping out, but if we get under it and i've got a bunch of stuck bolts it would turn into a PITA.

But it sounds like a great idea to meet up with other members to hang out

Yeah, just an exhaust swap. Are you offering your services? I have beers I can bring LOL

I'll throw down for some food. Sounds like we got 370z meet planned out.

Alpha I could only find this pic of my stock exhaust on my phone...

Which exhaust?
Is your car lowered?
Standard or Nismo?
Has your car even been driven in the north during the winter?

My exhaust should be fine since its a Florida car. Ive seen pics of his and its clean and wasnt driven in salt/snow. I believe his car is lowered as mine is too.

As long as youre not silly low I should be able to take care of you in my garage, are there 2 of you needing exhaust swaps?

Actually were swapping between each other. My stock for his Aftermarket. I can probably fit a couple extra pair of jackstands in my car and bring them down if needed.

LostSol 01-07-2014 09:47 AM

hmm, that complicates things. I really only have room for one car at a time in my garage. Let me think on it.

AlphaSnacks 01-07-2014 09:48 AM

Nah, my car was never driven in rain or snow. I've had my exhaust frequently taken on and off with ease by shops.

I am dropped on Swifts. I have EVO-R CF skirt blades, so usually my car is jacked up from the diff and then has another jack used at the front and then stands all around.

I was actually wondering if I drop my stock exhaust and bring it down, if it will fit in my wife's hybrid?

It would make it easier, and we'd have more time for drinking beer and goofing off.
