Not 100% sure yet. Found 100 acre's on lake keowee. Seems a little cheap so I got to check it out. Guy said that I could cruise it on my atv. Need to access it by water too, to check out the water front. Camaro sold for 39,500 and if I can get close to 30 for the Z then that will be a good down payment for some investment property. Both my buildings are in long term leases so I may end up building the third one. In other words my next project is something that will help me retire, lol..

Any ways how have you and the fam been doing? You and Matt still got the jeeps.

Ended up getting one from crown nissan in greenville. Less than 90 out the door. Yea hit me up when you come to the upstate. See ya soon.
