Apparently there was no one around. We didn't find any rock or anything in the car. I did some reading and it seems that Kia (and Hyundai, their sister company) have had these issues before. Hyundai has even offered a recall on it but Kia has not as of yet. Car is at the dealership so we'll see what they say.

Yeah, she's ok. Just scared her. She wants to drive my civic now (no sunroof).
