Oooookay, so the update I just got, they've spent the last hour and 45 minutes trying to get my car on the rack. Apparently being lowered and having FI 1st gen pipes, the cans are hanging too low to get it on the machine.

I just told them if they can to take the rear sections off and get it on the GAWDDAMN machine, get it fixed and gimme back my key!

To the guys credit he's been up front with me and told me everything that's been going on. So it's not a fault on him, bad business practices, and my shitty luck are what are killing me. Otherwise the tech is a good dude.

Ok, he just called me back, and they tried backing the car onto the rack and it worked so my car is finally a week later getting the frame alignment checked. He said he's gonna call me back in an hour and a half to give me an update. He says the goal is to get it done today. They close at 6...

We shall see.
