Location of the filter is another great benefit to the Stillen. The other cold air intakes put the filter down in the lower corners of the bumper which isn't ideal imo.

Years ago I was going down white horse road in a rain storm. Didn't see a puddle. Puddle wasn't that deep but it stopped my car dead. AEM cold air intake either sucked up water or choked itself out in the water. I pushed it off the road and let it sit for about 30 minutes. I was able to drive away. Luckily I didn't kill the motor.

After tonight the intake is the least of my worries. Im bout ready dump this project on ebay. If I can not install bolt ons its not worth it to me. I should of installed a cat-back with a nitrous kit for the money I spent. Not really taken alot to the japs these days!!!!!

Awesome. So far there is 3 of us. I'm thinking 7pm. Does that work for you?

Rooskey 06-09-2011 11:06 AM

More CEL Codes. Now its P0057. I was running down the interstate last night at WOT for a long burst and all of a sudden I heard a loud pop through the engine. No I did not run over anything either. I dont know what the deal is with this thing

ClemsonWill 06-09-2011 11:30 AM

Sorry to hear that man. Ii'm pretty sure that's the upper O2 sensor. Take them out and check your solder connections.

I also saw where you had posted about oil consumption. How bad is it?

That seems a bit extreme. I would take it in for a oil consumption test.

The boobs soon!! The TT may become the STS kit I have seen on here it sounds like a sweet deal. Also I think I could install my self so that would help in money. But I want to wait and se some reviews on it

It's cool. We'll figure something else out.

It's hard to say. I just found out the class is cancelled but we have some other things popping up. I would love to go but as a Commander sometimes we get those last minute taskers and my personal philosophy is to not waste my Soldiers time if I can knock something out on my own.

Hey Rooskey I have a Stillen Gen 3 Ultra Long Tube Intake BNIB if your interested. I also have a BNIB Stillen Catback. I don't think I'm going to mod my Z for now.

Rooskey 06-11-2011 09:10 PM

How much do you want for the g3 intake setup?
