Yeah eye injuries suck. When I was much younger I used to play racquetball with no eye-pro until the inevitable happened. Good thing I didn't lose my eye but it sure did hurt like a mo-fo.

Oh yeah...any good detailers around the Charleston area? Thanks!

I'm not sure. I do it all myself. I know my mom takes her car to the Americana Car wash every time she comes in town. They are off the 17 in Mt. Pleasant.

Nobody seems seriously interested in going to Zcon so I'm going to bow out of planning.

I'm thinking maybe we just start with a local meet. The one day after work we can meet at Wild Wings. Anyone interested and have suggestions for a specific day?

Which Wild Wings?

HKYStormFront 06-07-2011 02:38 PM

i should hear something tomorrow or thursday about ZCON, they are having a meeting to decide on photography tomorrow. it's between me and a good friend (who did ZCON last year in nashville) vs a local guy:

he's $500 cheaper by himself (i'm assuming) than me and brennan combined. hopefully we'll get it. doesn't look like this guy has a whole lot of auto experience like we do... i don't see any "event" photo's either... between brennan and I we have 3 ZdayZ events, 2 Z Nationals events, and 2 ZCON's... hopefully that's enough

I have to go to training in Columbia during ZCON. =/

I would love to make it to Zcon and alot of other events, but with having my son all summer long with very little breaks makes things a little difficult in the planning department. I will be making trips to Charleston more often here soon so hopefully we all can get up sooner than later..

Oh yea I got the M370 manifold installed tonight, and went for a short test drive. Right off the bat I could tell a good difference in power between 4 to 6500 rpm (and throttle response). After that it seems to be exactly the way it was with the stock manifold. Im thinking of going with an injen longtube intake to offset the difference between 65 and 7500 rpms. What do yall think?? BTW this manifold kit is totally home made for sure. When I opened the box I was like " $hit I could of made this myself" (literally).

It's cool. We'll figure something else out.

It's just a modified 350Z intake mani right?

Go with the Gen3s. Someone figured out how to get them to fit on a Nismo.

Yea its a stock 350 manifold with some dremel work done to it and an aluminum plate with four holes in it to bolt it down. Good power gains just a little ghetto in the R&D department. For the money I recommend it.

HKYStormFront 06-08-2011 03:32 PM

yea go with the Stillen's rooskey, they've been widely accepted as the best (though i doubt the injen is far behind) as far as power goes. that should help with your top end ponies breathing
