I don't think you will have a problem. I have been in and out of the sport bike scene a few times and I have never heard of anyone getting pulled for this. However just to make sure you may want to put and LED on it.

That'll be fine. That's where I put mine on my Busa. The duty officer at the highway patrol said it has to be the furthest part of the bike. If that's the furthest part where you can put it hen you're good
