Eastern Central Florida - Any good roads?

Are there any decent back roads to do some spirited driving on in the CFL area? The only decent place I've found is on 415 between Daytona/Deltona, but its nothing too exciting.

not sure, you can post up the florida g club section on driver, a lot more people in central fl there.
