It's garbage. Get yourself a deep 2" holesaw from Home Depot to cut through the inner and outer bushing rubber. 3 cuts with a sawzall. Knock out with a muffler tool. :tup: I do them in 20 minutes....

Not really. It would have to have a 90 degree head. Plus you are cutting through the remaining rubber and silicone. Those little cut off wheels ain't up to that kind of cutting.
