I've still gotta pay someone to mount the tires...

I've still gotta pay someone to mount the tires and do the alignment... I can change a water pump, a timing belt, valve cover gasket, alternator, that kinda stuff. I've even done a couple brake jobs...

Is this something that pretty much any alignment shop can do? Or tire place? I know the place I have been buying my tires is a big warehouse with alot of take-offs and used tires, and some off-brand...
