I'm getting my Stillen SC soon, and was thinking about going straight SD. I was wondering if anyone is currently running 100% SD without the MAF's. And if so, what are y'all doing about the IAT...

It's weird I encountered this same issue last night on a customer's car. It has to do with the flat foot shifting.

Try it and report if the AFR dip changes between the banks.

I would also double check to make sure you don't have any vacuum/air leaks post MAF. I would imagine a vacuum leak on a MAF based...

I can confirm they were at SEMA as well. I don't think they had a booth, but were there to attend.

ECUTek does offer hybrid where it can use MAF, and SD depending on the parameters you setup. ...

Oh really? When I talked to the guys at ECUTek at SEMA they told me they didn't have it for the base.
