Question Question about the Z Sport package brake calipers

Are the Red calipers that come with the Sport package are the same that are installed on the Nismo version. Why did Nissan abandon the Brembo calipers, was it a question of reducing cost ?

I ordered parts, not for my Z yet but for a motorcycle conversion which is the same principle as If you were ordering car parts, parts are parts.
