Don't have rear pics but the tires are perfectly flush with the fender, which is probably best, although it might look more aggressive with the extra 5mm. It might also be a little too much, for me...

Not true. If the majority of the weight is closer to the outside diameter, this WILL affect the effort needed to turn the wheels/tires. It has to do with the rotational mass being pushed further...
