Surprisingly there was no notation on Z1s site about needing support hardware, as mentioned this was a recent purchase. I had some other fitment issues with the lip so I'm unlikely to put more time...

Yea it drives me nuts!! I painted the tips flat black so it'd blend in. I don't know what to do, may look into cutting an inch off tip. It's the TopSpeed axle back.
