Did you replace the CSC as well or get the CSC elimination kit? That’s the common failure on our cars and can have similar symptoms.

The pins should be greased before putting them back in. It's some special copper looking grease that's the "recommended" one I think. Otherwise, it's harder to get out. Did you grease them last time?...

I get 19-22 on surface streets and up to 28 on the highway if I'm really gentle to it lol. I'm eating a tank every 1.5-2 weeks, I drive about 20 miles/day give or take.
