I know as far as racing goes some of the gt wings are useful, but I really think the wings/spoilers that mimic the porsche gt3 style are the best for for this car. Take a look at the nismo spoiler...

A slight whril or woosh would be the proper sound - if your intakes whistle, I would check for leaks like everyone else suggested. Saying that to say you shouldn't have any whistling issues. :)
