My 370 was eating about a quart and a half every 1k before I had the engine replaced. One tailpipe was completely black with soot while the other was completely clean. Two quarts is pretty insane.

I've had the same experience. It has leveled down blobs that have been on a surface for months. It takes a bit longer for the compound to break down the paint but it works well.

Yes. Langka is a kit based around a solvent meant to level off touch-up paint blobs after they've dried. It works very well.

Use Dr. Colorchip. Follow the directions and you won't have blobs.
