I'm on the 370z side here. The 350s are nice but the interior is what really tipped the scale for me. the 370z interior is insanely nicer than in the 350z. and the 370z looks more bad azz.

thats a really good shot to see how similar and different the 350 and 370 look. I still think 350zs are real nice, but man, the 370z just has the curves in all the right places.

I'm assuming the noise is from the wheels because the exhaust is too quiet imo. I have the base model with the 18" rims and i think its pretty damn quiet. My 04 celica with 18" rims is 200% louder...
