Hello, i have bc coils just got them installed, and the were tuned to all the way to stiff i found the front nd softened them but i dont know how to get the the back ones please help and thank you,...

Shifting when spirited driving(race sometimes)
So im new to manual i get the launching part on first gear but that second gear always gets me my car jerks like hell when i try to shift fast at 7k rpms, so i wanted to know what do you guys do,...
