Well, I caved in and decided to have the dealer take a stab at my non-functioning Synchro Mode. They’ve been working on it for 3 hours so far, haven’t figured out yet.

But the cluster worked properly once I replaced the Shipping Fuse. And there weren't any major issues before replacing the fuse, just some minor issues. The Chevy dealer had no idea how to diagnose...
