Failed the test. 89db at 5250rpm and 95 at backoff with stock exhaust and berk HFCs.

The letter says I was reported by a member of Vic Police on 30th March for excessive noise from exhaust. I only got done for noise not emissions.

About how loud testpipes or HFC's are on stock...

Ronnie for F.I exhaust if you keep it at stock height it will rarely scrape as the lowest point on exhaust is with tyres. The front lip would scrape way way more than the exhaust would ever touch...
