A TBN test is a must IMO as well. Blackstone charges $10 extra for that, I didnt do it on my 4Runner but I will with the Z for this reason.

This ^ I got 19 mpg combined in my 4Runner as well. I stopped calculating mpg, my new method is time between fill ups. 1/2 tank per 2 full weeks is a good amount for me.

I dont really have a chatter, more of a whirring noise when Im in high RPMs. Its more pronounced in the lower gears. I dont mind it.
