I was only deciding on the tyres is because I probably should go upto a semi-slick anyway for the increase in dry grip. Its gotta be better than the PSS even if there is some other issue with the car...

Ok, the same workshop was about to pull the EBC off but decided to do some re-routing of the VAC lines instead.

And wadda ya know, the boost does not rise past 8.5 psi now with the EBC switched...
