Being that the same lug nuts were transfered over to my 370Z from my G35....and the G35 used mostly the same parts as the 350Z....I would say yes. The thread and pitch were the same...the diameter...

The pipe goes into the lower canister versus crossing over to the top one...so this allowed more...
