Well, there's more than one way to skin a cat, but yes, you can tee both PCV together and into the catch can. Then you would have the line go from the catch can to one of the turbo inlet pipes.

What? We most certainly do. It's on page 66 and 75 of the instruction manual. Each bank is supposed to connect to the supplied fittings on each respective turbo inlet pipe.
