the setting allows you to adjust the pressure difference that operates the valve. when the throttle is opened the pressure in the pipe and manifold equalizes and the valve shuts no matter the setting...

u might have loosened up a coupler its always a good idea to recheck them after driving it for a while. if it isn't a connection problem have them check to see if the blow off valve is leaking when...
