i'm fine with the synthetic i have at the moment. i read in my manual the car takes all sorts of oils from 5w-30 to 10w-40 so it wudnt really make much difference. the high oil temp is a wellknown...

i might try the -30 too...

thats the general consensus. here its a difficult find that spec, we've got 5w-40 fully syn. n i think i saw a mobil1 5w-50 fully syn.. wonder if thats any better in quelling the high oil temps..

im in brunei. we dont have that nissan ester oil (or at least nobody's using it). we've got mostly mobil1, castrol, shell helix, and ranges from synthetic to fully synthetic. most of the workshops...
