Yes, it's water that's still beneath the film. Give it a good week of sunshine and it should be fine, then do a thorough inspection with a flashlight and bring it in to get them to take out any...

My installer put big stickers on each,...

My installer put big stickers on each, essentially block out, window buttons saying that tint had been applied and that the windows shouldn't be rolled down for 72 hours.
