just to confirm this - I skinned my nismo seats and took the air bag out of it to test something - I was able to reskin the seat very easy, so if anyone wanted to buy nismo seats, I would suggest...

Yeah you can actually pull the skins off the stock seats and just ship them, you have to use needle nose pliers and un bend several little metal hoops, but it's no big deal.

I put Bride Gias in my Nismo, and have the stock ones. I'm too lazy to ship them, so I have the stocker Nismo's in the spare bedroom.
