Looks to be deeper than a normal double din....

Looks to be deeper than a normal double din. Normal is around 163mm that is 212mm so you may not have clearance behind.

The thing is not about how big the head unit is...

The thing is not about how big the head unit is most of the time it is about how many wires are back there and you have to fight them for space, it can take a while.
