just buy some good pads (something like bobcat or even xp8 for now) and some cheap rotors from advance auto for <$100. Save your money on calipers over the winter, no need to waste money on...

dont waste your money upgrading rotors, spend the money on calipers instead. The rotors don't help your brake performance.
