No problem - post up the process when you shave the emblem. I picked up a freebie rear bumper yesterday and want to do the same thing..but it seems a little more complex for flexible plastic panels...

Yep. They have to convert it to a vector graphic first anyway for the plotter. At that point they can scale without losing any definition. Just give them the image and tell them what size you want...
