I edited my post. Call them, looks like a mess up. Unless this R1 you speak of has a v band also. But then I don't see a second clamp. Unless it comes with this R1 CBE.

Looks like they sent you a v band setup. Only way for it to work is have a v band connector on both sides to whatever the clamp will attach. If your stock CBE is a bolt style then you'll be cutting...
