Guy it's real easy. OEM arms are not adjustable. So we have essentirc bolts to move the arms. When you buy SPL arms you lockout the essentrics with a normal bolt and plate so nothing moves and use...

Make your own!! Just get some plate from Home...

Make your own!! Just get some plate from Home Depot and 10.9 grade bolts from advanced auto. It's really easy. Bolts I use are 90mm and 100mm long and I use 2 nuts to lock it.
