set of 4 wheels were 500 and widening them was 225 each, if I recall correctly. 1400 for a set of wheels weighing less than 20 lbs each.

your issue sounds like the booster went out, not boiling the fluid. If you boiled the fluid, the pedal would have went to the floor very easily and you would have no brakes.

how about 18x8.5? Rear 350z track rays. I bought a set of 4 for 500, but I had mine widened to 9.5". I run 295/40s all around on them.
