Civic LX .... Impreza ...

Unless there is some big difference regarding timing belt failure, it looks like either car would be a good choice for her..........

Pennsylvania has a bunch of snow on the ground .....

That might make the Impreza more impressive at the moment. Anybody know about the timing belts on the Civic and Impreza? Is a timing belt failure an engine killer on either car? Thanks...

Impreza .......

One interesting point regarding the Subaru ..... My 2005 Baja has 66K and the original Bridgestone Potenza's still look good. Maybe the Honda gets better mileage, but the Subaru might get better tire...

She likes the Honda LX 4 door and the Subaru Impreza. The Subaru appears to be about $1000 more, but does have a bigger engine and all wheel drive. Which do you like better as a daily driver in...
