Well its actually a tad heavier than the stock...

Well its actually a tad heavier than the stock hood, so as far as weight savings go no its not functional. But the vents to extract air and keep the engine bay cooler.

Here's the new hood I got today, still needs to be adjusted and painted, but overall I am very pleased with this :)
