Sorry, I don't know the Part Number off-hand. I just call up the dealership, tell them that I need the rubber inserts for the driver and passenger wiper arms, they order them in and I pick them up....

I just replace the rubber inserts. They're easy...

I just replace the rubber inserts. They're easy to install and cheaper than replacing the entire wiper blade. I order them through the local Nissan dealership.
